I didnt have much to lose
but I can tell you I lost 7 lbs in one week. all I
ate , breakfast , lunch and dinner and in between
was campbells Veg. Beef soup. with some green bean in between and diet 7up or hot tea with splenda.
and I ate when I was hungry and drank when I was dry.

The cardiac diet does really work. My hubby lost 10 lbs in a week. I lost about 7. But i just cant stick with it..

yeah..i like the atkins diet also. You dont have to starve on it..

I started drinking a tea called yerba mate years ago and one of it's many benifits is weight control. I used started using it for joint pain (whole body) and insomnia. i dont know is results are typical but i have in addition not been sick with anything lasting more than 20 hours in 15 years. ... I am not one of the newage types i just know I dont limp any more ...no more pain.
Its good for you
and not expensive
and no shots

Beelzebubbles I used to be stationed at Fort Lost in the Woods many, many moons ago. Back before shep was a pup. lol.

Seriously, I see nothing good in this diet and strongly caution anyone in partaking in it. Starvation and injections of drugs to stimulate hormones not associated in any way with weight loss is not a good idea.

Well, I would take a pic and show you my body in a bikini and how good eating and excersise can make you look like you are straight out of a magazine

(compared to a pic of me not living healthy) but it may be a little non-family friendly of a pic and I tend to be a little modest with pics....

My body type tends to want to fatten up and be chunky but as long as I excerise and eat healthy then I look great and have no issues but I have to maintain this healthy lifestyle or I fatten up like a little piggy.

I think when you go on diets then you have to stay on them forever to maintain what you are achieving. When you go off a diet after reaching your goal then most tend to fall off the wagon at this point. That is why I hate the word diet and believe it is a lifestyle change that makes you better.
