Hatch-Along - Eggs set in November, due December, anyone?

I have officially started lock down, candled the eggs and they all looked good, air sacks were nice size and one looked irregular so I guess it has been gotten into but could not see a beak in it.

Update time. Total number of hatched ones is1 white wyandotte, and 6 black silkies.

We have 6 total . The remaining 5 didn't make it. I did eggtopsies 2 were breech 2 pipped the air cell but nothing else and 1 looks almost like it had passed before or right at lockdown no internal pip and yoke hand even started absorbing

Aw man, I wonder what happened. I couldn't bring myself to eggtopsie the eggs that were fully developed I'm just going to blame my incubator for my 50% hatch rate and get a better one for my next expeiment
