That's sad. I had 9 put into lock down (there was 17 to begin with) and only one hatched. One was a sticky chick, and some were not positioned inside the shell right, and some died of unknown causes. I love my Hope though! I am still deciding how I will get her a bud. She is so lonely. (it was my first hatch with a really sucky incubator)Six, it would have been seven but one sadly didn't make it through the night.![]()

I think I will get some chicks after Christmas by the sounds of this!!!! WOOT! I wanted to get Hope a buddy, and since she would be a week or two older, I thought it might be a problem, but I guess not!!e
