Thanks, judging by that article, the chick might not be finished absorbing the yolk because it’s occasionally opening and closing its beak
But it has been pipped for around 15 hours, so what would you all advise?

I've had a lot around 24 hours. Some go super quickly and others take their sweet time.
 
I usually give them 24 hours as some do take longer to absorb the yolk and detach from the egg. After 24 hours, I start busting them out. Follow the instructions if they start to bleed, take a break and pick off more shell a bit later.
