Started our eggs (shipped BLRW) on the evening of the 28th in a little giant with automatic turner and fan for our first incubation Hatch date 19th/20th. Candled at 9 days. 2 non-fertile eggs, 5 with blood rings, two that are hard to tell anything and the rest are moving. Temp has been OK a bit up and down from 98 to 102 for short periods. RH has been the hardest. At night I put in water and RH is about 29% by the time we are up in the morning it is 10%. Have added all kinds of sponges and rags to increase surface area but only managed to get it to about 39% for short periods. I guess we are trying the dry incubation method. Not sure if that has to do with the blood rings but doubt it. Am assuming it was the shipping. Eggs arrived intact, in airtight bubble baggies. But, they were all in the box any direction. I would have thought they would have tried to send them with the big end up and arrows on the box. Not that it would be handled that way but maybe help a little. I think the air sacks may have been damaged in shipping. We will see this weekend I guess. Am setting up for hatch late Wednesday night. Hope you all have good luck...
