Came home to two hatched and like 9 pips more. Gonna be noisy in there tonight!

Our little guy is trying so hard to come out. At like four this morning he started to zip a little and i think he hears our others two chicks and is being very vocal. Can't wait for him to come out. Its kind of funny that it was this was that came first because my brother had told of this one hatched i had to name it benny ( his nickname) because it was numbered 11 and thats his lucky number so hopefully will come out soon!

This seems to be the rule our house too. My husband says I am a notorious "watched pot" person. I have no patience. I will stand next to the stove and get impatient and yell "BOIL!" Last night I was sitting next to the bator for about 30 minutes and got frustrated and yelled "HATCH!" I guess, if patience is a virtue then I am definitely lacking in that area. It's kind of a running joke in our house. The more I watched the less anything happened. So I kept myself very busy. Now I have a clean house and lots of chicks to stare at. Have a fun weekend with your new fluffy butts!
