Hatch-Along - setting eggs tonight or tom who's with me on this

Awww...I LOVE hearing that everyone's are starting to hatch or done hatching. I have no pips or peeps yet, it is day 20 for me. I can see one egg kind wobble a little every now and then, so hopefully not long. :)

figured I would amuse everyone with some dried off fluffy balls of cuteness!

SOOOOOO ADORABLE!!!!

Is your hatch done or are you still waiting on some?

Hickchick- I am also hatching BLRW yours is unbelievably fluffly! Love it!

I have 5 chicks so far, today is day 21. 2 are hatching now and a few pips. None of the wonky air cells have done anything yet

I woke up this morning, its day 21!

However, no pips yet....so...I had to check them out. I looked and the first one I saw an internal pip (Thanks Christy by the way, I had no idea about an internal pip until you mentioned it, I believe. So I did some research, now I have one!

)
On another not, I can't see anything else in the other, all dark, completely, except the air part. Except one.......It looked as if it stopped delveloping a couple of days ago. There was a lot of light in there, no movement, I thought I saw some blod spots or something. So I did a float test and bad news

.I opened it to make sure I wasn't stupid, I mean no movement I could see veins with big bursts in them, only 65-% of the egg was actually taken up by something, which by the way set very heavy to one side. Well enough said, here's a pic. RIP little guy! you would've been a good one!

as you can tell from the sack, I think he was underdeveloped or died a couple days ago, I feel horrible!!

My last three eggs were exactly as you described...heavy to one side, chicke only filled 65% of egg and no movement... I finally broke down and crack them all open and they were not moving so my hatch is over for the next few days till my staggered bunch (5 amereaucauna or however you spell that) hatch or not. They were freebies from someone who couldn't fit anymore in their incubator. Wondering how they handled going thru a lockdown before their lockdown. Looks as if some are still moving so we will see.

Sorry about your baby looks like we are all learning together..someone else gave me a link to that info I will see if I can find it and repost it.

I'm just wondering if I did something wrong. I mean were my temps off, humidity? I also made my own incubator so I'm just wondering if I just didn't do something right, or maybe I just SUCK at all of it! HAHA. I said I would be happy if just 1 hatched, but It's going to suck if only 1 does hatch, or worse - NONE!!!

Still have 6 eggs left, only heard chirping in one of them. Day 22 for those eggs, still no pips though.
the other 10 eggs hatched really nicely, can't get over how cute these guys are.

keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of you!

btw, I had a white chick hatch out of one of my black copper maran eggs, the black and yellow chick in the pic above was from another BCM egg. You could only imagine my surprise! I'm really hoping the last BCM egg hatches.
