Out of the 7 eggs I started with; one went stinky, 4 were clear(duds), one had a fetus starting but it stopped growing, and this one egg has been doing the normal growing thing. I candled every other day to check on him/her. I last candled on the 18th day and it was very very opaque in there so I went into lockdown and STARE now.....This is my first time hatching....I hopefully did the bator business correct. I followed all the wonderful info on this site,made my own bator, kept the temp @ 97-99 and humidity at 65% and turned it 3 times a day and talked to it too. GAWD, I hope I did everything right.

No Peeps yet or pips.

I just had a batch of non hatchers. out of 7, 3 were duds and the other4 were fully formed and just didn't hatch. They didn't absorb the yolk sac or pip. They just didn't hatch. It may have been a humidity thing. When I opened the bator to fix the duds the water pan was empty and dry. Could it have been the low humidity?

nothings happening yet with the 7 eggs under momma hen annabelle...
I reallllly want to see some pips! I'm on night shift so I have alllll day to sit and watch her.. but nothing happening! I dont even hear any peeping!
