hope all goes well for everyone! anyone can join! i put new eggs in yesterday! i hope most mine hatch, i have such a veriety off breeds in there, hope there all growing properly!

Those are some great pics; I'm going to have to try taking pics of my eggs. I'll keep an eye out for an old slide projector in the resale shops and try it out.

I'm glad everyone's hatch is proceeding as planned. My 9/22 batch (due on 10/13) is all Marans, so I'm unlikely to even be able to see anything when I candle, except maybe the edge of the air sac.

well my grandma is the addicted one lol she bought all the eggs

and keeps giving me them, i had to tell her no more, because theres noo more room hahah plus i have to go get a hatcher because its my only bator and she gave me the eggs on soo many differnt dates

I saw someone on here recommend tilting the entire incubator instead of each egg. You would tuck something under one side then alternate at the appropriate time. That struck me as a great idea. I have an old turner which I pray stays working, but if it quits I plan to tilt the whole 'bator instead of each egg. You would probably want to put the eggs into cartons with the bottoms cut out for the tilting to work best.

LOL I know I hope you can keep up! Tell her if she keeps giving you eggs she's going to have to give you a big cabinet incubator
