There are multiple tabs on the Calculator. Use "Browse M" or "Browse F" to select the color of your birds. The most common alleles are displayed on the Parents page, but you can add an allele if you know it. For instance, before you select the color of your birds, you could add the O allele (which is responsible for blue eggs). There are also drop down menus in the "Browse" tabs to change the base color and base pattern of your birds. Have fun calculating!​
 
That calculator is so confusing... I am going to have to study it and figure out .. when I get the time!! lol..

My 2nd batch of eggs.. Don't think I will have any develop... All but maybe 2 look like the air cell is busted.. They must have had a really hard trip!! I was looking forward on having some more silkies.. I will find out on day 10 whats going on.. Makes me sadddddd

Today is lockdown day on my 12 Marans. They aren't supposed to hatch until the 21st (Friday)... five have pipped between when I locked them down at 3pm and now (nearly 9pm). I'm thinking I am gonna need more than just one worm for the early bird

On a side note, 2 of the 5 button eggs I was running for a fertility test hatched out yesterday. They look like they may wind up being silver splashes.
 
we are comming to the end of day 19 on 29 silkie eggs and nothing yet i wonder if it has to do with the drop in temp a week and a half ago my sister in law and newphew was visiting my kids know not to touch but he did not and when i reallized he was in my room the temp got down to 94.5 but when i candled the eggs on day 16 they were all fine. i am just ready to see them and watch them hatch
