Okay...I emailed them yesterday afternoon which is when they said the eggs would be shipped and just said "hey just want to confirm that you were shipping today so I can get my incubator ready." They responded within 10 min saying yes we're packing your shipment right now. I'll send you a tracking number as soon as I get it entered into the system. I got that within half an hour. I'm going to contact the post office just to make sure they hold it so I can pick up at the post office.

I'll respond with picks once I pick it up. I emailed 3 different people with Hatch and this is a different person but it's email so it could be anyone. I agree the web site looks to be copied an paste which was my very first thought. I will say if this is still them they have stepped it up. Quail Empire seems to be different with their descriptions but they are using the same pic's some with Hatch's logo. Anyone notice their "Broodie Quail" line. Says its a line of coturnix breed to brood their own chicks.

I'll post pics as soon as I get the package. Funny thing is i really don't know what their sending

Hopefully maybe they will post if they got the number or not or atleast the eggs cuz its Wednesday and i haven't got a confirmation of any sort im thinking about emailing them but since im waiting to see if that incubator gets here today or tomorrow i might just wait till Thursday or Friday to ask them wtf in a nice way

I say everyone who contacted them to get there eggs keeps everyone on this thread posted o.o so we are all warned also its 651am tuesday they said this week last thursday or so but what day this week cuz i gave them a time frame since they asked and i asked if they could shoot for around the 5th 6th or 7th lets see what happens since no confirmation or tracking number has been given yet. but its only tuesday the 3rd they still have a good chance if there legit or not behind.

Okay here's the update.

I signed up to receive text updates to track the package. At about 11 AM today I received 10 text tacking the package from Maine to Elmira, NY. The last saying the package was at the post office. I called the post office, picked it up, and ran home on lunch to open the box. Standard USPS box that I've received other egg shipments in. Fragile was hand written on all sides of the box. Did not have the Hatch Poultry sticker that the others did. I apologize but I left my phone in the car and it hit me when I was done that I should have taken pics. Had to get back to work so I didn't run out and grab the phone. Anyway, opened the box and then the second internal box to find August 30th newspapers from Maine crumpled up and then the foam pieces underneath the newspaper. Seemed to be packed fine. When I lifted the solid layer of foam I noticed a couple rollers, eggs out of the holes, I believe it was 4, 3 had dents in them and one was okay. I tossed the 3 dented ones. After getting the foam the eggs were in out I noticed that a couple eggs had dents that I assumed came from the the rollers so I tossed them. A couple of the eggs had poop on them and crumbled when I tried to brush them off. All in all I ended up tossing 8 that were broken and I'll be setting 22 tomorrow.

I'm happy to have gotten these eggs as they were replacements from last March when the saga began but I would not recommend buying from these guys. Whether they are new or if its just Hatch with another name I would have expected to have received the best knowing I'm sending to someone that has been screwed over. My wife gave eggs to a woman she works with a month ago to feed to her lizard. I picked out a dozen of my best eggs to give away. They didn't do that.

Just got done emailing back and forth, got a tracking # it will be shipped today they said, (this was after 4-5 emails, they said they couldn't find a order with my address,) let's see if its actually rare mix.

Okay so. They messed up my plans so much again , but they shipped them out (today like 505pm when i was promised my eggs this week) though, tracking says they will be here by monday, let's hope for the best that they are fresh eggs and that they have atleast a 25% hatch. staying positive and giving them the benefit of doubt with covid and business.

I received the same type of notification. Mine said expected delivery on time by 9PM 11/6 and I showed up at the PO at 11AM yesterday. I don't think they have any control over that part of it. Let us know how you make out.
