Wishing you good luck! Are these shipped eggs or your own?
Anxious to hear how your candling went

I'm going to do the same tonight too!

I put 13 BBS, supposedly pure, Ameraucana eggs in 5/13. This will be my second hatch but my first with shipped eggs. I am concerned about the effects of shipping and whether these are indeed pure Ameraucana

Well, it's not my first hatch, but I set some lavender Orps and BLR Wyandottes on the 13th and I just can't wait until they hatch!

I just finished candling the eggs under my broody and every single one has great veins and an embryo.

Lavender Orpingtons are next on my list! I'm working on Lavender Laced Wyandottes. Since it isn't your first hatch maybe you can give us inexperienced hatchers some tips!

Since I have a LG still air, mine is ranging between 100* - 102* depending on the time of the day. We've had really cool weather here lately so I put a heater in the room to keep the room temps steady instead of turning up the bator and frying the little ones. Last time I had the opposite problem and my temps got too high (earlier this year).
