Yah, I'm a vegetarian, so eating them would not work. My husband is NOT a veg but he won't even kill spiders.
Ah well, guess it's back to hatching guineas, where we don't care what gender they are!
I could rehome the whole lot today without problem - last time I put up day olds they went within an hour. I don't wanna do that, as they are neat breeds and I'd like to see what comes of it. I'll let this be my one experiment, maybe.
We do have a large horse barn we could put crowing roos in until we can rehome, so that's the emergency option.
