hatched all but one

all my chicks hatched except one. its been almost 24 hours, i candled the egg last night and didnt see movement. can i open a piece and take a peek? or should i wait. two other chicks hatched this morning.

If you had 2 hatch this am--leave the last one-maybe it's just a little behind-I would give it another 24 hours..
