Hatched chick doesn’t look well

On my second time hatching, had a large americauna egg hatch. Needed intervention to zip the egg. Followed instructions from here and other websites. Now they don’t seem to be doing well. The chick seems larger than any other chick I have hatched. Anything I can do to help them out?

It’s been 3 hours now, it’s looking better but unbilicus is still fully attached

That's not a lot of time, this is normal.

Thank you for the reassurance. Seems to be doing alright, and made a perfect 12/12 hatch
