Hatchery Day Old Pullets

Last year a group of people from my area imported 100 chicks from Ideal into Canada, we only lost about 5 or 6 out of the whole lot and they came all the way from Texas. Next year I'm planning on another order of about 175 chicks from them. Ideal is awesome!

What's the minimum order for them?

Ideal's minimum is 25.

I got mind from a local feed store that buys them in batches of 25 at a time from the hatchery and sells them individually. You pay more per chick that way. But when you are only buying 4 or so, the extra cost is nominal.

Or if you have others interested in getting chicks, you can go in on an order together.
