Okay, this is in no way a bash on vegetarians, but how do you all get your proteins in?? I had a nutrition teacher in college tell us vegetarians were generally unhealthy people, due to protein deficiencies. Mind you - she was 300 + pounds, so had no good grasp on good nutrition herself, but, do you eat eggs and cheese, or is it all veggies and non-animal proteins?
Just curious - please don't be offended, it's just something I wonder about because I am a meat eater (sorry) and I never really venture into the vegan world.
