Hi, If w ere to try hatching eggs from an a&m would I get a&m or one of the hybrids used to create them?

As long as it was A&M to A&M breeding you would get A&M's.

Thank you, just the answer I wanted to hear.

There are no 'hybrids' used in creating the A&M coturnix. The A&M is a jumbo white coturnix, nothing more. Yes it is possible for you to get a recessive brown out of your A&Ms. If you both the hen and rooster have a recessive brown then you will get a percentage of them.
