Hello im on day 15 on incubating button quails andshould I give up

No, definetly not. It takes around 16 days for buttons to hatch but even then you want to probably wait another two days just in case.

And most folks count wrong. If you put the eggs in the incubator on Sunday morning then Monday morning would be day 1. so 16 days later would be a Wednesday.
I leave mine until day 22 then toss or open to check fertility.

18 day's is not uncommon but if you are in the give up mode just get a pan of water at 100 F degrees and it is warm not hot and see if one of the egg's will float ........

If it drops to the bottom or floats wit half or more above water toss ....
