Hatching call ducks

Hi guys, I'm no stranger to hatching ducks and chickens and have assisted some as well but never with call ducks. I now have 2 eggs which appear to have internally pipped so after 24 hours they hadn't externally pipped so I put safety holes in to not let them suffocate. I then peered into the hole and it looks like the duckling hasn't actually broken the membrane. Do I need to help it break the membrane or are they just too weak? I know call ducks are prone to needing assistance externally pipping due to their small necks. Any advice I would be so grateful. Thank you!!
