Hatching chickens day 24 no pipping

Hi this is my first time hatching, and it is day 24 and the eggs are not pipping, for the past two days the eggs have been moving in the incubators. What should I do?

What is your temp and humidity at? What was it during the first 18 days before you entered lockdown? Can you hear the chicks peeping?

It was at 30 for the first few days then I got it up to 40% my temp has always been around 99 degrees, I can't hear them just can see them moving
