Hatching day advice! Should the eggs be moving?

I just got home and she looks great. Her eyes are outlined so I think with the wet feathers it made her eyes look abnormally large. She was ridiculously active and kept trying to bury her head under things. I steamed my bathroom up so I could open the incubator and get her out. One of my other eggs has a small pip looking thing right in the middle of the egg. It's the darker egg. Is that okay?
Why are they hatching one at a time? They all went in together.

Me too! She was the one that made me want to incubate bc she was my last egg from my araucana.

I here chirping coming from inside the incubator. I'm not positive it's from that egg, but that leads me to think it can breath. It's been rolling a bit too.

This little one pipped last night and has been working in zipping since 6am. It's now 4pm. Should I do anything to help? Maybe rotate it? It's zipping toward the ground and it's been in the us positin for a couple of hours.

When I have one do that, I will very gently, use the edge of my thumb nail, be sure to scrub first, to help unzip. Then let the chick do the rest. If there is blood however, stop and wait.
Is it moving and chirping?
