Hatching delay

I wanted to learn as to what happens if the eggs don't hatch and then 2 days after the 21 days start to hatch and some die inside the shell just after starting to hatch.

You may need to assist them after 21 days. I usually give mine 24-48 hours after day 21 then I assist them. Sometimes you will find them DIS (dead in shell) or you may find a survivor who just needed help.

I had this happen in my last hatch, which was my first. Have you triple checked your humidity? Mine were suffocating in their shells. I ended up assisting and saving 2, and 1 hatched prior to this. I waited two extra days, and by the time I tried to help the others, they were already dead. Do you have any external pips and what is your humidity?
