I have 9 shipped Swedish flower hen eggs in my incubator.

When I received them I candled them and 3 had detached air shells. I read everything I could, let the eggs rest 24 hours and have had the 3 in an egg container with the air cell up since going into the incubator. Long story short, one has a chick growing but the air cell seems to still be detached at day 14. What can I do to help chick have the best chance of hatching? I've read everything I can find but I just need some practical advice right now.

When its hatcing you could put it into a egg carton, with the blunt side up of course, and see what happens.
