Hatching double yolk eggs

ok its day 21 still no pip so i decided to make a hole on the other side of the egg for the second chick (where there's no air cell so he doesnt suffocate ) and i returned it to the incubator

i was able to see the chick moving inside it has feathers (it looks fully developed)
but i noticed he is sticky is that normal ? what does it mean ?

i did rupture the inner membrane only a little bit the membrane looks like flesh but it didnt bleed

what do you guys think i need help ASAP

the humidity is high its 56% thats what the instruction book that came with the incubator said from day 18 we should raise humidity to even 60-66% !!

the chick that has no air cell is moving but slowly in a sticky way i dont know if you understand what i mean so i suppose the other one with the air cell is alive too

they are not making any sounds at all i heard them picking on the shell very lightly but only once or twice and they stopped and that was day 19-20 (i could be imagining it too)
im worried because they are late and they did not pip at all

what should i do when will the inner membrane dry ?

I don't know... It's all a bit different with two in one egg... I wish I was more help... There moving they look developed, #2 has an air hole... Try to be patient but you may have to help, well we know you have to help... It just when oh I'm not helping :fl

you are helping a lot and thank you !!!!

i read the step by step guide to assisted hatching

-i think- what i did wrong was that i maybe stepped in too soon it said that if there is no internal pip i shouldnt help it out and i did candle it but i didnt see a pip
and it also said that i should raise humidity to even 80% ????!!!!!!

BUT double yolk is different so my plan is :

1) im gonna keep dampening the the membrane
2) im gonna wait until i hear a chirp
3) im gonna keep it in the incubator
4) if they dont pip and chirp by tomorrow ill try to help again
5) im gonna pray pray pray

Can't think of who, but someone used wet paper towels to keep the membrane from drying out; wrapped them around the egg for awhile. And someone else draped the wet paper towel over the top of the eggs to help with humidity.

I'm no help either... I read a lot, but no RL experience to give you advice.
