So little Bach is having trouble walking. The feet sit very far forward and it's like it's butt is almost all the way down. Will this fix?

No it probably won't get better. Sounds like it needs vitamins to strengthen the legs. Do you have any Poultry Cell or even liquid children's vitamins? This little one needs B vitamins, E and selenium.

I've just ordered poetry cell. I'm giving him a little bit of sugar water not much sugar just enough to keep him happy. The poultry cell will be here Monday. Will he die from it? He moves around a lot
