Wish I had a broody duck...I would hatch some duckies!!

My ducks have been covering their eggs lately, a bit more than usual. I hope they aren't getting any ideas.

Yep.....Three if I can get the next buyer to take three?.....Or I will sell in pairs again.....I dont like the thought of someone raising a single Duckling.....Bouncer is so much happier doing Duck things out in the Brooder....He loves coming inside still to visit us and him and Lucy love to play.....

Tell them 2 is not the best idea either, because if something happens to one (god forbid) then one is alone. 3 is better, for backup! Just in case. Ya know.

I love all the pictures too.....Bouncer is a good sport...He loves all the crazy things I do to him....
That one close up picture , I'm going to blow it up and hang it in my House...I might use it as my Avatar?......Great idea.........Its nice to see Bouncer and the Poopers cuddled up together...I went out to do my final check last night and they were all snuggled in a cute little pile....

Holy COW!!!!

I had to bring in my Call Hen Penelope this morning ......Yesterday she was dragging a big poop ball that was frozen to her...Accumulated just over the day.....Cold here....This morning she had thick ice on her chest....Dame weather and she is so short......No worries...She is fine and I will bath her today and put her out tomorrow !!.......I sure love my Ducks...Spoiled puppies....

I had to bring in my Call Hen Penelope this morning ......Yesterday she was dragging a big poop ball that was frozen to her...Accumulated just over the day.....Cold here....This morning she had thick ice on her chest....Dame weather and she is so short......No worries...She is fine and I will bath her today and put her out tomorrow !!

Sounds like my mini dachshunds when they get out in the snow they get snow balls stuck to them.

Yes, I almost fainted....The poop ball was half her size and only trailing by two small feathers....I should of brought her in last night........She hates it though.....She is eating peas and tomato for breakfast and will bath later on.....Poor girl.......

Poor thing, but she is eating so she is okay. Eating is always a good sign. lol
