Hatching Duck eggs....I messed up...UPDATE.....#1

The lady sent me a picture of the Ducklings settled into their new home.....Had to separate my Calls yesterday...Only Lily and the Drake.....I am going to try for pure Call eggs.......My Big Drake was being way too aggressive chasing Lily and holding her on the ground.....I put them inside the little prefab coop we built......Now I just have to lift them everyday down to the run........
Today is supposed to be better weather....I will take Bouncer, Lydia and Sam out for a waddle and take pictures.....

What you evicted Crazy Alice? 

I had to put her and the Chicks into the coop with the flock....Crazy Alice would go up the ramp to bed and leave the Chicks on the ground.......They are doing great in with the flock...My other birds love the Chicks....


I am very happy for the Four Ducklings that left....They have a great home...

I am hopeful that Lily will start laying eggs.....I saw Lucky breed her yesterday.......I am also collecting my Appleyard eggs again.. I will start with 10 again ........

I wish it would warm up more here too....I have not taken Bouncer and the girls out for pictures because the wind has been too cold....

Yes, From DW and Petunia.....I have my fingers crossed for Call eggs from Lily and Lucky..

Yes, Sam is the darker Duckling...........They all had fun outside....today is going to be warm also...I will have them out for a waddle and more pictures...
