Hatching Eggs!!!: 40+ Breeds to choose from: Starting at $3/each

Hey there, hatching eggs are $4 each for those breeds. I should have them available to ship within a few weeks. Shipping depends upon how many eggs are ordered. I generally tell people that a 50% hatch rate on shipped eggs would be considered a good hatch. But I have had reports from 0-100% on shipped eggs. There are simply too many variables to guess. Only sure way to guarantee a certain number is to order chicks. :)
I found your website and did a sort of mock order (did't actually purchase) for 6 of each and shipping came out to $17. I'm afraid that your chick prices are a bit over budget for me, but I can do 6 eggs of each breed with the expectation of getting at least 7 of each since you say you add at least 1 extra if you can? I don't think I will be able to order until the end of February, possibly later, so don't set any aside for me just yet

Thanks for the down to earth estimate and fast reply, very much appreciated!

Hiya! I'm looking to purchase some blue silkie/ bantam pen mix hatching eggs, but I had a few questions before I place an order :D
1) When will you first ship eggs? It said that you start shipping after New Years, which would be now, I jut wanted to make sure that this was true
2) How many days does shipping generally take?
3) Should we order on your website, or over pm on backyardchickens? I'm sure you've listed this, but I just missed it :D
Thanks for your time, and hopefully I'll be adding some silkies to my flock soon

Hello all, just posting to say I wanted to give Papa Brooder two thumbs up on his great communication and friendly service. I ordered a dozen rainbow layer mix and got lots of extras! The shipping was fast and all the eggs were packaged beautifully. I've candled them and all of the air cells (that I can see) are intact. I'm very pleased and think this is going to e a great hatch! Thanks again!
