Okay

Just going to leave them alone and hope for the best.

I made a hole in the other egg and as suspected, not great. All of the yolk is there and it’s positioned wrong. So

I shall leave them and see if by some miracle they make it through

You could try the crazy last effort and slit the membrane above the bill so it can breathe. But I’ve never done that

27 but pretty much 28 now.

I did slit the membrane on the egg that’s backwards with its head down as a last ditch effort. Since it’s pretty much a death sentence being in that position.

I left the other one alone. The veins were shrinking and it had good movement still. If it’s still the same in the morning I’ll reevaluate that.

It almost feels like someone somewhere is telling me to stop trying to hatch eggs lol

Were you able to find the bill and lift it up so it is through the slit?

I would have waited longer to help since it’s only day 27. But I know that’s not helpful info now.. I have had some that didn’t pip until day 27

They were both still alive when I left for work this morning and looked to be the same as where I left them last night. So we will see when I get home if that’s still the case
