I have barred rocks (a few weeks)and silver penciled rocks(1-2 mths).

How do I become eligable to swap? My name is on the list in the purple (not eligable yet) and says (Posts) next to it. I thought that meant that I didn't have enough posts but the rules said 50 and I am almost at 60. What part am I missing? Thanks!
