Ok so.... did anyone send me a box of eggs this week other than Roxannemc, Papa brooder, or innerwolfbatikranch?
There is 2 boxes at my old PO an hour away... I know what one of them is, but don't know about the other???
Or did anyone receive a DC# and expecting eggs from me that has not received them and maybe had my old address on the paypal return label? I will find out the mystery tomorrow...but will wonder until then!!!

I finally got my chicks. Only a few are still alive but it's apparent they won't be for long. I'll be surprised if they make it through today.

I'm numb. I've been so excited anticipating getting these CCLs, and now this. All the grogel cups are empty and chicks are strewn about everywhere in the box, in the cups, under the cups, draped over the cups. OMG, what did the PO do to this box.

Have you ever eaten your black sexlinks? Is the black skin weird?

What are you using to make black sexlinks with black skin? Usually that cross is BR hen with NH or RIR roo.... neither has black skin.

If I can I am going to use an extra roo with my Cuckoos to make autosexable olive eggers...... well sexlinks anyway.... must figure out why one person calls them autosexable and yet they don't breed true..... something wrong with that picture. Yup, sexlink. Only autosexable continue to breed true year after year.

Yup, sex links. The next generation won't breed true. I really think that local swap customers will enjoy the green eggs and green egg laying pullets as well.
