I just got my egg shipment form Little Ameraucana Mom. The box (and the eggs) was in perfect shape - no smushed corners or dings. No damage at all! Good job, post office!
It might have had something to do with what was on the top of the box:

I'm pretty sure I'm going to start using the picture of cute little chicks to ship too. It seems to grab at emotion while "fragile" makes them want to play football with it.

My Serama are laying "fair"(more eggs that I can set or sell at the moment) but my husband will not let me have turkeys. I would love them! If anyone is interested I have a quad of BEAUTIFUL Seramas that are a year old and laying well. I have 5 breeding pens of Serama now and just need to make room for new birds.
Perhaps I could send eggs to ProfTi and she could send Turkey eggs to Reese and Reese could send me some marans??

Overrun with chicks! Not that it really bothers me but...when you have people wanting to buy chicks, and call you several times checking on them... then it comes time and you can't reach them.

Would anyone want to do a side trade? I am Looking for SQ Partridge silkies hatching eggs. I need a rooster from a different bloodline than mine. I have several SQ chicken, ducks, or turkey hatching eggs I could trade.
