My 4 year old saw them and covered his eyes. He said "I don't wanna see that, it's ucky!"![]()

I am so sad. I don't know what happened, but one of my bators was unplugged and the eggs are cold. My house is 71 degrees. They were fine this morning and we haven't been home all day, so it could have been unplugged up to 12 hours. Maybe one of the cats pulled it out the wall? I have Cayugas, MFLs, Olandsk Dwarfs and BLRWs in there. The Cayugas and MFLs were supposed to go on LD next week. I don't see any movement in the eggs.

GFF has them already! That's fast. I wonder where she found them.
. Don't give up on them. I had that happen once. I forgot to plug the bator back in when I put them in lockdown. I didn't notice until 12 hours later when I was leaving for work. My house is about 68. I didn't have time to candle, so I just plugged it back in and left. I candled the next morning. All but 1 survived and I don't think that one was going to anyway. All of them hatched and were fat healthy chicks! The ones that were in with them, but about 9 days behind them did great also!
Yeah but when we sell this house we will give the new owners a discount if they keep a flock of roosters!!
