OMG!!!!!!! I have a chick hatched and another pipping!!!!

I'm stuck at work until 9pm. DH wants to know if he should open the vent?? Anyone know? table top hatcher. Hova Bator with red vent plug. Can the chick breathe?
I was trying to catch up, just got news of chickie, so Had to come over here.

1 plug open shouldnt effect the others, but he will want to monitor the humidity when he opens it incase he needs to add more hot water or sponges ect to keep humidity up
