oops turkeys were dancing on the keyboard earlier, I can home and they had turned the computer ON ( from sleep mode) ansstarted there favorite lecture on Tianaman square. I didnt notice they also put capslock on.

My first set of chickens I raised inside, they both learned how to hit the buttons that were whisper last person who has spoken in any chanel was. They used to whisper randon people different things. Mostly gibberish but there was a repet yourself button they liked too.

SO I'd come back from going to the bathroom to find like 30 people asking me what the heck was going on. Not a lot of them belived my chickens were chatting with them.... People have more faith in the shananagans of cats.

DH was busy today so I took a tech support call with a chicken in my lap. If my old work friends could see me now.

It was a frizzled Tolbunt hen, we really bonded.

Such a heartbreaking night...... Just candled my eggs. Post office really put a hurting on them. My eggs from gamebirds 3 are developing out of eight. None of my BLRW are developing, but just got six more today so my fingers are crossed. Out of 16 Serama's 4 are good. 2 out of 8 CCL's are developing. Every one of those eggs arrived perfectly packed. Looking beautiful on the outside and scrambled on the inside. It really sucks when people take the time and effort to pack eggs so well and the post office treats them like a soccer ball. Well, I guess I can start swapping again.................

Seriously though, I know why crazypetlady doesn't have any more to offer, but aren't there some more somewhere out there in the big BYC swapping community?

oh no NOT the silkies!!

I was having lots of 100% hatches on shipped eggs but lately I have been pulling 75% of the eggs if not 100% most being detached air sacs. I don't know what is wrong with the PO these days.

I think they should at least refund postage on that box.

Yeah, The minute I saw it I cried. I candled, air sacs are all so terrible. Not a 1 even made a go of it And of 2 dozen I got from GA, FOUR hatched. All my eggs in the same batch did great. I'm starting to really dislike the US Postal "Service"

Why can't we ship via UPS? (or Fed Ex, etc.)

Prices are more then double with UPS and that's for UPS ground.
