I am interested in swapping someday and wondered what it costs to package and ship six eggs

Flat rate priority is is 15$ and express is 30$

Good News!!!!!!!! They are covering my car under warranty!!!!!!!

I have been seriously stressed about what I am going to do about a car. I definitely couldn't afford the 7k to fix it.

HOORAY! I was thinking that was crazy that they said it wasn't covered under warranty - I am so glad they said it is!

well, it's official, vitamins,sugar water and heat on shipped chicks with one dang near dead, works! It's a miracle, but all of the ones that weren't DOA, are running around the brooder eating and drinking, and chirping! I am so happy! Probably not totally out of the woods yet, but I am way more optimistic about their survival than I was this morning...

And another HOORAY!

Did you put them in an incubator for the heat - or just in the brooder?

All mine had a 1 hour drive from the post office home.. I won't do that again!

I put the one I thought for sure was going to die in the incubator to get it warmed up fairly quickly...then put it in the brooder with the rest about 2 -3 hours later.

I'm starting a local chicken club in my area as apparently we don't have one!
So far I am gathering a decent amount of interested parties.
