I wish!!!! Everytime I shift, she makes little pathetic cooing noises. I know better than to start this cuddling stuff. Once you do, you are toast! You are mama forever and they become your little shadow. Oh well, I was planning on keeping a little hen anyway. I just hope she can go outside before I have to put a roost pole in my bedroom!

Sadly I have been cuddling and cooing at the little guy/girl for hours, so now he/she is in the brooder peeping loudly and sounding really sad. Taking everything I have not to go get it. I was hooked as soon as it cuddled it's little head into my chest.

Oh yeah....you are S.O.L. now! Once they start.....they will cry pitifully for you every moment you are within hearing distance. And they will try to bodily separate you from any species that may be a competitor for your love. They are like firstborn children.
