OH! I NEED to hear more about this. I'm not a candidate for LASIK, but they talked to me a bit about ABA. It was very scary! I work on computers all day long and they told me that my eyes could take 8 weeks before they would heal enough to be able to see my computer screen. They made it sound like there was a possibility my vision would never get better.
Well, I saw very well right out of the procedure. I had a little clouding, and was pretty uncomfortable for a week. Very sensitive to light. After two weeks, I felt fully healed and had 20/20. I have what my doctor calls a slow 20/20. Unless I focus on things, I don't see things as clearly as I should. I had astigmatism is both eyes and had -6.0 contact prescription. I wasn't a good candidate for LASIK either, thin corneas.
I would say you would need two weeks at minimum for healing if you are looking at a computer a lot. I would imagine that irritating and stressing your eyes with that particular procedure.
