This is for whoever it was looking for blue SFHs. I have three of our 5 hens in varying shades of blue, and this is what the chicks look like.

You need a reciprocating saw for that. Works better than a meat saw! You can slice em anyway you want with one of them buggers. We still have the other one in the freezer. We froze it whole and now we're kicking ourselves. I'm thinking about putting a new blade on the jigsaw and cutting it up still frozen, lol.
Come....come to the turkey side...you won't regret it. Especially when one crawls in your lap for a cuddle.Somehow, after reading all this midget white talk.... I find myself wanting some. Evil people, you are.
I have had this thought also. evil I say EVILL
Yah keep talking...you know your gonna end up with some too.Hah!!
But they're midgets! They don't take up much room.I have been thinking the same thing. Fortunately, I don't have space. I worry about raising something for meat that I would get too attached toturkeys sound too nice for my over sensitive ness I mean I cried when I killed the rooster, and I didn't like him!
It's easy peasy. I seem to hatch almost everyone I set. You'll get it and then you'll be over run with TURKEYS!Well, I am thinking I like the size the midgets become (Thanks Sah) I love turkey, I could eat it all year long. I am really loving my geese (Thanks COF) and I love my ducks. I have already decided a few of my breeds will be going after I fulfil the swaps owed on them, so i will be able to be a little more diverse. Thanks to all the enablers out there. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.I can't hatch turkeys either, but I know someone who can.

And hopefully when I have my own, I shall be able to figure out how to hatch them.
Makes me wish I had talked the kid into a lighter version. They are very pretty!
I love raspberries! I have five hundred feet of bushes. Today I noticed Lily, my pullet midget, in amongst the bushes. She was plucking away. You know that means she found something she really liked. When I checked I saw she was snapping young raspberry starts off and eating them. Bad Lily, very bad Lily. Was cute though. She was pretty pleased with her tasty find. Wait until she discovers the fruit! Guess I better buy some more fencing. Stinkers.Making my mom chocolate covered raspberries for tomorrow was a BAAADD idea. I've somehow managed to go almost 25 years (*gasp* midlife crisis coming on) without ever eating a fresh raspberry. Well, that quickly changed. They're so stinking good (with and without chocolate) that the two 12oz containers were starting to look like not enough!
