The killer is, Cincinnati to me? Two hours driving time. Cincinnati (west side of Ohio) all the way across the state over to PA then back to me? About seven hours driving time. They're sending 'em two hundred miles east, then back ninety miles west, instead of simply sending them a hundred miles north.

Well, no one ever accused them of over-efficiency..

You're not the only one this happens too. I sent out a package to someone who lives 45 minutes north of me (driving time.) The package went south to Tampa. 4 hours north to Jacksonville and then back south 3 hours to its destination.

I will take some tomorrow. Got 2 more MFL pipped atm.

Is there really anything better that hatching baby chicks???!?!?!??!?!?

Whee! Oh man. Nope, there isn't. How ar eyou tearing yourself away from the 'bator long enough to post???

Which reminds me -- need to move the computer upstairs for NYD hatch. Otherwise I'll be running up and downstairs all night!

I'm pretty sure I must have marked my set date wrong on the calendar because none of the chicks hatched yesterday when I expected. I was nervous because I usually have EARLY hatchers. However....we had chicks when we woke up this morning! Both paint silkies from madamwlf hatched and so far 3 of the SFHs from KYTinpusher have hatched. I'm crossing my fingers that the others will be out when I get home. They are so adorable! I'll post pics when they are fluffed out.
