Well i went home for lunch and right before I left to go back to work poked my head in at some eggs due to hatch tomorrow. There were no pips and no movement this morning so i was just looking to see if anyone had pipped. There was a fluffy little chick in there waiting for me! Cute little orp. chick from kytinpusher! I will take pictures this evening.

I hope the SFH do well!

SO happy we didn't lose power last night! We had a CRAZY wind storm and it was an obstacle course just to get to the house! The bator did lose a few degrees because the door to the office was unlocked and got blown open so it was much colder than normal. but it only got to about 98 degrees for an hour or so.

And in other good news I get my new wood burning tool today so I can put people's farm/names on the egg carriers and maybe little chickens and eggs etc! They should look really ace! I can't' wait to decorate the first one!

Speaking of SFH, I have two in lockdown from secret Santa. One external pip today, day 22... I've never had eggs go over 21, so it's weird. Yesterday, when I noticed nothing had pip, I candled them and they where bouncing around in there.

I can't remeber what color you said the orps were but this is the cutest little silver chick! I have the eggs in an 18 count carton with eggs down both sides and the middle row empty. When I first poked my head I did not notice him right away as he was on the end in the middle cup. I noticed the empty shell first. I am so used to the chicks being super noisy when they hatch out alone it was a real surprise to see him! He did not make a sound the whole hour I was home!

More reason to be a 49ers fan.
My dad could never get me that interested in sports, but he taught me
1. Always vote for the Giants and 49ers.
2 Then you vote for the raiders and the a's and guys who pitch with 1 arm
2. then you vote for whoever is not beating your teams.
2. Always vote against dallas and the Yankees.
My Husband added:
Your team is the Clippers, and always vote against Kobe Bryant. Appearently I like some guy who was or is on the clippers, so I'm stuck with them for life.

I still live by these hallowed rules. And for some reason I don't like the bears. I blame Saturday Night Live.

Sure! I have some already made. I have to go and ship off two swaps today so I'm going to see if they'll fit in a flat rate box! They don't weigh much though. I'll see what the best shipping options are going to be!

Football?

I am from Southern PA. PA has two baseball teams-one in Pittsburgh and the other in Philly. South-Central PA is ORIOLES territory! My number one choice is the Orioles, if they aren't playing or have already been knocked out of the running (as usual!) I will always root for whoever is playing the Yankees!
