Besides, you don't want a crested roosters. It messes their combs up.

Yesterday I locked down eggs from her. Please oh please let me get a showgirl. Out of the first batch of eggs from her, I locked down 11 out of 14 eggs. Amazing for shipped eggs, although I don't like to count my chickens before they hatch

I'm going to be so jealous if you get a showgirl too.

About $50 1-2 day express, just for the shipping. Does not count the box or other supplies used.

WOW - Price is a lot more than for day olds!! How much are supplies? Then the price of the chicks - Someone would REALLY want them, wouldn't they???

Oh gosh! Could you send one of them over here to catch the skunk that's taken up night-time quarters in my chicken shed???

Never had to trap and move an animal before, and of course it has to be a skunk. Very tame, peaceful skunk -- he looks at me, waddles out, I go in...

Hey, I have a question! How do you tell the difference between an adolescent Australorp hen and an adolescent clean-legged BCM hen?

As soon as they catch this smart darn rat I have around here. I can't catch it in a snap trap or a live trap. Anyone got any suggestions?
