I wouldn't post anything about donations. It is against BYC terms of service and they will give you a warning. I got one for doing the disaster fund for the swap.

I have an imposter in my coop. I thought I had Polish but I found this wee tiny egg today. The second picture is of a CCL tiny egg I found earlier this year. It's even smaller then that.

So I came home today from work and I am scared to jump to any judgements too quick, but I think Frodo might be a little better...maybe the antibiotic helped with more than just the opportunistic resperatory thing!!!

I am cautiously thrilled!

I had a dog kennel in the chicken run and the Cochins liked to roost on it. I found my tiny egg in the kennel (though it was closed) like she had roosters and the egg just slipped out

Hubby surprised me this afternoon. He was over an hour late and I was worried...and then worry turned to perturbed. He came home, with a *ton* of wood and hardware cloth, bags of sand, aspen shavings and I'm like...what's all this?? He goes "Well you said you want Seramas in the house and I don't want them running all over the [bleeep] place. I think they should have a nice house that looks like furniture." The only thing he didn't get was paint and he said "I think it should be two-toned, I don't want an eyesore, this has to be nice." So I get to pick out the paint when we're done.


And...he's even letting me get my camera before Christmas - we're going camera shopping on the 14th so I can share pictures of our chooks and the new Serama house as it's being built.

Best Christmas...EVER.
