OK - conundrum - survey for you - given the chance would you buy 12 Swedish Olandsk Dwarf eggs or a trio of juveniles??? I can only afford one option.

also, what is the correct answer when your husband says "I haven't seen that incubator before, where did it come from?"

1. Oh, it's been down stairs....

2. It was on sale and I couldn't resist...

3. I know you just bought me the Dickey 300, but the funniest thing happened in tractor supply.......

Ooooohhhh...what kind? I used to raise Madagascars as feeders for my tarantulas and tokays, but I never got into any of the other species. There are some cool ones out there, though. (NOTHING like the ones that want to come live in your house with you, Squeamish People! And they're a high-protein chicken treat, too!)
I already have a small colony of Dubias. I'm pick up more to feed my tarantulas and chicken treats.

I would personally go for the trio. At least you know you are getting 3 live birds. Eggs are a huge gamble.

Sorry, can't help you on the second question though I would go with answer 1.

I would go for the trio. I would be too scared something would happen and none of the eggs would hatch. That is how my luck is though! As for your other question I would go with option 3!

I vote trio. Eggs are a risk, and the trio will be providing eggs sooner than chicks.

Option 4. - You really needed a separate incubator to use as a dedicated hatcher.
