It's 10:30 and I haven't started cleaning yet!! Its cold out today (28) and I have 50+ chicks in my kitchen. I keep telling myself I can not turn on the vacuum because it will scare them......

That's me too. Don't want to scare them with the mean vacuum.

madamwlf, I feel for you. We had new bedroom furniture delivered yesterday. The entire house has been torn up to get that in. And both kids plus guests are coming today. This is my cleaning break. And I'd far rather clean the barn or chickenhouse than my own house.

Question...Over Christmas day, are you going to put a hold on the swap, or just let it ride? I'm assuming many people will be doing family things and won't be on like they'd want, so stalling will happen.

9. The chicken cages HAD to be cleaned and their water changed! They also require human interaction to stay healthy. They can get ill easily and don't know not to eat just what ever is lying around. Surely everyone in the house can clean their own room and not eat off the floor???

6. Everyone in the house is big enough to pick up and feed themselves. The chickens/dogs/ etc. can't feed and water themselves.
