I would have to say the noisiest of the bunch are the Isbar chicks. Holy heck those things don't shut up.
It does in CA. Here it is common as rocks. Lots and lots of old tumbled down barns in this part of the country, but thanks for the suggestion. I actually have two old barns on our place that would provide enough wood for a great Bar-B-Que or Ranch Style Steakhouse restaurant. Anyone looking for decor? LOLBarn wood sometimes sell for boocoo bucks. Check around first.

Mine Salmon Faverolle lay what I would call a pink egg. Love the look, just have to be careful of their temperament. They are the bottom of the totem pole and won't stand up for themselves at all. I think mine would starve rather than muscle past someone to the feeder. What breed would you suggest for a pinkish egg? Good reliable production?
That would work. Good production for a backyard flock?I think Sussex? Am I right on that?
Hmm, In a mixed flock not sure they'd do well then.Mine Salmon Faverolle lay what I would call a pink egg. Love the look, just have to be careful of their temperament.
