Well, considering with (for instance) a 10 flip coin toss, the chance of getting EXACTLY 5 heads and 5 tails is just less than 25%. The odds of getting something OTHER than 50/50 is much higher. Even the chances of getting nearly 50%, like let's say 4/6 or 5/5 is still not near 100%, more like 65% chance...the other 35% of the time you're going to have a fairly skewed result.

Anyone buying straight run and complaining that the odds are off by a chick or two lives in a fantasy world called "but that isn't fair, because I didn't get my way."

I have 2 frizzle hens in with a smooth hen and smooth rooster. 50% 50%. Or 60/40 chance.

I also had to put the spare frizzle roo in my BBS pen. But there is a dominant roo and 12 hens in there

Can you post a pic? If the feathers come in frizz chances are it is a frizzle.

I will let her feather out a little more. I couldn't be more excited of the prospect. Also, I MOST definitely need some cochin eggs from you now!!!!!!!!

If you get a picture of it let me know.

Cochin orders should be caught up in a few weeks.
