Just listed some Serama hens and a rooster on RareBreed Auctions. I need to make room for my new breeders and new additions.

Such an addiction we have.

You would not see much development overnight.  Is it possible that was condensation from temperature change?  Weeping eggs that were weeping from bacteria or spoilage would smell too.   HHHmmm curious

it wasn't condensation, it was crusty, bumpy bits, like when egg whites dry out. It didn't smell, but it was below freezing the night before I got them, so probably too cold.

I'm hoping those are with this box. Something happened somewhere. My box to Ohio wasn't the only one that didn't make it from my area. And then she had 2 other boxes missing from different states.

Did you win? I checked the auctions 20 minutes before close and saw you were on the top. I was going to dive in for my first bid and backed off. Now that it is closed I can't find the results.
