The box looks awfully big for 8 chicks. How can they keep warm in it?

They have some other styles on the horizon site itself. http://www.hm-e.net/p4omni.htm COF can you chime in here? She knows all the rules but the baby ones are only supposed to be used for the first couple of weeks.

You know what? the boxes I have will be too big for the chicks from you, Amy. I guess anyway. They are the 25 chick box.

Maybe I don't want to ship baby chicks this year.... very stressful

I don't get them very often anymore. I used to take Imitrex, but unless I take it when I get the tiniest feeling I am getting a migraine, it is usually too late. It usually takes me getting in a quiet dark spot and getting to sleep. I am so sensitive to meds that I even hate to try anything new.

I was having them at least 2 times a month. Mine were so extreme if I were driving, I would have to call someone to come pick me up because everything was so shimmery, I couldn't see the road. I took every medication and shots and nothing helped much. I had 2 MRI's - nothing (thank God) and even a spinal tap to see if there was some kind of leak. (hubby teased that I sprung a leak) I had seen um-teen neurologist and they just gave more med. A friend recommended an old (literally) neurologist here in our home town so I went. He looked at me at promptly told me I was stressed (no kidding) and as soon as I got a headache to take 800mg ibuprofen, every 8 hours for 8 days. Even if it stopped, keep taking the medication. Then next time I got a headache do the same thing. He said I may need to do it the third time but after that when I got a headache take a normal dose of ibuprofen and it should go away. I thought the man was NUTS. Well, I had tried everything else so..... and to my surprise, it worked. I have not had a full blown migraine for a year now.

I get migraines once or twice a week. I take two Advil, an aspirin, and drink a cup of coffee. Then I wear sunglasses everywhere and wait for it to go away. It works fairly well, but if I don't catch it early, it takes much longer to knock out. Usually, I get one and the symptoms last two days... Turning into a pressure headache then finally fading.

I think I'm going to put a single stall together and see how they look in it. I want them to have room but not too much room.

I need to get my butt to a pet store today. I need water crocks for my rabbits. It's suppose to be really cold this week and their water bottles are going to freeze.

That really stinks - migraines are nasty. If a person has never had one, you can not explain it. Mine put me down for 3-4 days. I thank God they have apparently gone away. I would be happy to go the rest of my life without another one.
